DG Express Packaging Requirements

1. All lithium battery goods must have parameters during export transportation: voltage (V), capacity (Ah or mAh), power (WH);

 

2. The inner box can only contain 2 at most; The inner box shall be sealed, and the inner/outer box shall shake without sound; The single pure battery shall not exceed 10kg; Each battery shall be packaged in a separate box.

 

3.Single lithium battery needs independent insulating packaging, which can be independently packaged with lattice, blister tray and small box; If the lithium battery has a wire end, the wire end must be insulated;

 

4. The box shall be clean and hard, without shaking sound, bandage, cutting, painting or pasting domestic express bill. The height of the box shall be more than 18cm;

5.The batteries of dry battery, lithium battery and lithium metal battery cannot be mixed, and lithium metal battery does not accept the same ticket with the other two types of batteries!
